Your duties as an Account Director will include…
- Oversee client accounts to ensure they are profitable and growing.
- Create strategies for new products and campaigns.
- Plan and run events for clients.
- Present ideas to clients and generate proposals
- Monitor and report on account budgets, profitability, and financial aspects.
- Maintain relationships with clients and build connections with prospective clients
- Responsible for the MICE market (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions)
- Responsible for generating and converting new business.
What we are looking for in an Account Director…
- An individual who is sales driven.
- Due to the nature of the business, you must have a background in 5 star hotels.
- Must come from a sales background.
- Someone who can self start but also work well in a team.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Director.
