Due to continued investment, this leading-edge manufacturing business is currently in the midst of a huge recruitment drive and is looking for a member to join their PMO team in Cwmbran (fully onsite) on a contract basis.
The Role
Within the role of PMO controller, you'll be responsible for:
* Support the Flow Management activity: monitor the project by tracking the technical deliverables, to ensure their progress, and to escalate the blocking issues
* Assist PM in administrative functions of project-related assignments, such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes of meetings
* Assist in Overall planning, tracking and documentation of all the projects from the project proposal phase to project closeout.
In addition, you will also be supporting the Teamboards deployment and participate to the daily drumbeat of the activity and report to Customers on deliverable progression.
You
To succeed within the role of PMO controller, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree level and holds PMI, IPMA or equivalent certifications.
* Experience of working within a similar project management role.
* Efficient in using MS Project and Office Tools
In addition, you should also have effective communication skills as well as experience in stakeholder management.
