An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving, industry-leading business in Cwmbran. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a professional and meticulous Finance Administrator to support their established and high-performing team.

As a Senior Finance Administrator based within their Commercial Finance Team, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and responding to department emails efficiently
  • Recording customer terms of purchase and issuing contracts
  • Ensuring the sales team has up-to-date trading terms via email and phone
  • Providing sales analysis through the company’s reporting database
  • Resolving internal queries related to commercial finance operationsUpdating and distributing terms of agreement for their suppliers
  • Assisting the Commercial Finance Manager with customer analysis and ad-hoc requests
  • Calculating basic rebates

Essential Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

Desirable:

  • Background in manufacturing or construction
  • Familiarity with various IT systems, tech savvy
  • A proactive individual eager to develop and progress into a leadership role
