The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of HR administration as outlined below, as well as providing a first class service level to employees in resolving queries, and taking part in wider HR team activities to support continuous development.

Description

As an HR Coordinator you will be required to:

- Internal and external recruitment related administration: i.e contracts, offer letters, onboarding etc

- Maintaining the ATS system

- Faciliate internal moves: i.e Promotions, change of departments, change of shifts

- General HR Letter generation

- Adhoc report creation

- HR Projects e.g. organising onsite flu vacination clinic

Profile

The successful candidate needs:

Previous experience working in an HR administration/transactional roleAccurate and high level of attention to detailAble to deliver accuracy within a fast paced; diverse environmentExcellent Customer Service skillsExperience of using SAP / ADP advantageousComputer literate with strong Microsoft office skillsCIPD Level 3 advantageous
