Your new companyI am currently recruiting for a Senior Network Support Analyst to join my public sector client on a permanent basis to be part of the team supporting the design and implementation of the ICT Network Infrastructure including Security and extensive Wi-Fi estate. The role requires 4 days a week on site and involves travelling to various offices. Costs of travelling to offices outside the base will be paid back in mileage.Your new roleYou will be part of the Networks Team, reporting to the Network Services Team Leader. Responsible for taking a senior role within a team of Network Support Analysts and technicians, the post holder will utilise all available resources to ensure fulfilment of the terms and conditions of the service level agreements for ICT Network Services between ICT Services and its customers.What you'll need to succeed* Advanced Security knowledge with a proven track record of supporting Enterprise Data Centre firewall infrastructure.* Advanced infrastructure design with specialist knowledge of Routing, Switching and Security & Cisco ASA Firewalls with Firepower.* Thorough understanding of all related areas of IT and communications such as TCP/IP, DHCP/IPAM, DNS, proxy servers, web browsers, databases and external gateways.* Advanced Technical understanding of network topology and design.* Advanced Technical knowledge of data network support.* Advanced Technical knowledge of VOIP systems.* Advanced Technical knowledge of data networking and associated infrastructure support systems for large corporate environments.* An understanding of ITIL and its application across the service lifecycle.What you'll get in return
