WPRG have an opportunity for class 1 drivers to work in Dagenham - Essex.
Our Client based in Dagenham are proud guardians of 130 years of baking baked goods.
We are looking for drivers who can work on fixed rota's
Rotas available -
Sunday - Wednesday - 01:00am - 03:00am or 18:00pm start
Wednesday - Saturday - 01:00am - 03:00am or 18:00pm start
Deliveries to various stores around the south of England in a class 1 vehicle
- Long distance driving
- Trunking
- No Handball
- Start time
- Average 12 hours each shift
- Assessment is required (Theory Test and Short Drive)
- All drivers must be presented appropriately and require a good level of English skills due to the nature of the job.
- Must be available to do one day on the weekend.
Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Monday - Friday £19:85 ph/ Saturday:£22.53 ph/ Sunday: £23.81 ph/ Bank Holiday: £28.95 ph - no holiday pay available with this option
- Start times between 18:00pm - 02:00am Monday - Friday £21.88 ph/ Saturday:£22.53 ph/ Sunday: £23.81 ph/ Bank Holiday: £28.95 ph - no holiday pay available with this option
- Minimum 9hrs guaranteed pay per shift
You must fulfil the following for this HGV Class 1 position:
- Hold a Valid UK Driving Licence
- Holds a Digital tachograph card
- Holds a CPC card
- No more than 6 points for insurance reasons
- Valid UK class 1 licence
- You will need to do an onsite assessment before you can start.
- At least 6 months experience on class 1.
