Technical Supervisor - Damp & Mould / Legal Disrepair
Location: Dagenham, East London
Salary: From 45,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week
Travel: Across Barking & Dagenham (Full UK Driving Licence required)
About the Roles
We're hiring for two Technical Supervisor roles within a leading property & facilities group:
- Damp & Mould
- Legal Disrepair
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead a team of operatives and contractors, overseeing day-to-day service delivery, performance, and quality assurance from first report to final invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise teams and specialist subcontractors
- Manage job scheduling, inspections, and reporting
- Support service improvements and performance targets
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery
- Attend stakeholder meetings and provide reports/MI as needed
What You'll Need
- Trade qualification (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
- Supervisory experience in repairs or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Damp & Mould and/or Legal Disrepair
- Good IT skills (MS Office; Accuserve a bonus)
- Full clean UK driving licence
