They’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join their growing team. The Customer Care Advisor will be responsible for supporting customers with any queries they may have, and liaising with them by telephone, email and live chat, working from their state-of-the-art operation in Dagenham. About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Customer Care / Customer Service Advisor who is hungry to deliver outstanding customer experiences each day, wowing customers and driving a culture where the customer is at the heart of everything. We’re looking for someone with previous experience working in a contact centre customer service position, ideally with previous experience working for a customer centric brand within luxury retail or fashion. In addition, experience working with the “Gorgeous” and/or “Shopify” platforms would be beneficial. It would be hugely advantageous if candidates have a keen interest in fashion and/or fashion brands. Salary & Benefits This role is paying a basic salary between £27,000 to £32,000. Employees can also benefit from significant product discounts as well as various fringe benefits. Logistics The role will be hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH) after you’ve completed your first 6 weeks training where you’re required to work full-time in the office, which is based in Dagenham. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Interview Process Candidates will be asked to complete a Written Assessment which must be completed by Monday 27th January. A one-stage, in person interview will follow thereafter, with interviews being held on Thursday 30th January at our client’s office in Dagenham.
