CCP are partnering with an incredible luxury retail fashion brand at an incredibly exciting time as they are looking to build a new office-based sales function within their expanding operation. Our client is initially looking to recruit an Outbound Personal Shopper who will be the first member of this brand-new team that sits alongside the Customer Care and VIP teams. The Outbound Personal Shopper will be responsible for pro-actively engaging with existing customers as well as new, contacting customers who have failed to complete their online checkout having placed items in their basket, as well as contacting previous customers to offer them complimentary products to those previously purchased, as well as make them aware of new lines available to them. We’re ideally looking for someone who already operates in a sales capacity within the luxury retail space, and whilst face-to-face experience would be beneficial, our ideal is sourcing an individual with additional experience selling remotely via another channel such as telephone, email, social media, or WhatsApp. It would be hugely advantageous if candidates have a keen interest in fashion and/or fashion brands. Salary & Benefits This role is paying a basic salary between £32,000 to £37,000 plus sales commission, and employees can also benefit from significant product discounts as well as various additional benefits.Logistics The role will require full-time work in our client’s fantastic state-of-the-art office based in Dagenham. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm but we’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind flexing somewhat as certain clients may only be available to speak with outside of core business hours.
