My client is looking for a Construction and Maintenance Co-ordinator to join their team, the role will be varied and will be focusing on general maintenance. They are a fast growing, company so for the right person there will be lots of progression and development opportunities. Duties:• Minor repair works • Small painting works • Carry out emergency lighting flick • Provide site supervision for visiting contractors and engineers• Keep detailed records of onsite activities• Work closely with the security and cleaning company on day-to-day service and supplies• Assist Senior FM with all day to day activities in relation, but not limited to, maintenance, production, H&S, PPM• Notify contractors for reactive callouts for areas within our responsibility.• Keep detailed diary/records of onsite activities and update the clients on progress• Co-ordinate any out of hours work required in relation to building maintenance and providers that we have engaged• Perform other duties as requested by the Senior Facilities Manager and/or other company management

Attributes: • Valid driver’s license and insurance• Proficient in Microsoft operating systems• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent customer/client service skills.
