Candidates must have a background in Mechanical Engineering or Construction, along with hands-on experience in lifting operations and previous Site or Project Management experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and competencies in lift planning are essential, while qualifications such as SMSTS and CPCS A61 (Appointed Person) are required.
The ideal candidate will also develop safe working practices, prepare RAMS and Lift Plans, and track project progress while collaborating with clients and key stakeholders.

The Role:

Develop and implement safe working practices.
Prepare RAMS and Lift Plans.
Track project progress, providing regular reports.
Organize and allocate resources, including personnel and equipment.
Participate in site meetings with clients and key stakeholders.
