What You Will Do:

Ensure the efficient running of production in your areas of responsibility through effective management of people and processes.
Manage individual performance, conduct, and capability to ensure your team is performing at its best.
Drive 5s standards, reinforcing and ensuring accountability amongst the team.
Represent the Planning and Operations in meetings, showcasing leadership and strategic planning.
Exercise the authority to stop Production or shipment if quality standards are not met
Coach the Team against the IATF 16949:2016 Standard requirements, including CSRs and automotive core tools.

What You Will Bring:

Proven experience in operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
A formal qualification in Operational Leadership, Business Management, or a related field is desired.
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of effectively leading people, processes, and projects
A hands-on, positive attitude and the energy to achieve results.
Excellent problem-solving ability and a commitment to maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
Proven knowledge and experience of the automotive core tools, either AIAG or VDA variant: AQPQ, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.
