Hays are currently recruiting for a school based in the Darlington area within the finance function. The role is to cover a busy transitional period and will support school finances as well as finance administration. The role requires full education clearance, including an enhanced DBS check.The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Purchase orders raising
- Bus payments reconciliation and online income reconciliation via parent mail.
- Credit card reconciliations
- Support accounts payable.
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- General journal input
- General finance support
What you'll need to succeedYou will have finance experience, ideally within a school or college environment.
