Management Accountant

Your new companyI am delighted to be assisting this unique organisation, who, following continued growth, are looking to expand their finance department with the appointment of a Management Accountant. This is a brand-new role and will support the Finance Director. You will be joining a busy, vibrant team who are known for their innovative approach and commitment to excellence. The first to admit that the office is busy and sometimes even chaotic, you will be joining a team that thrives on this energy and is looking for someone to join them who can do the same! Your new roleYour role will be specifically to support the Director of Finance, with key responsibilities to include:-

• Monthly management accounts prep
• Reports and accompanying analysis
• Budget setting and monitoring
• Cash flow forecasting
• Cost analysis

You will be working as part of a small, close-knit finance team, alongside working with and supporting the wider operational team. What you'll need to succeedQualifications are not necessarily important here, so if you're qualified by experience, part-qualified or newly qualified your application will be considered.What is important is that you have experience of working within a service-based organisation where you are used to not having an "end product".Yes, it's important that you are details orientated but that you also have the ability to "see the bigger picture".If you are a proactive and adaptable Management Accountant looking for a new challenge, I would love to hear from you. • The role is initially office based, but once you are settled in & have passed your probation, you will have the option to work up to 2 days working from home
• Salary circa £40-50,000
• 25 days hols plus BH and your birthday off if it falls on a weekday
• Hours: 37.5hour week Mon-Fri, 9-5
• Free parking on site
