Cloudstone Education are seeking  friendly and professional Administration staff that are looking to work/would consider working within the education industry such as a school or College. As a company, we work with education settings across the Northeast region, and specialise in securing people job placements within the education industry on both a contract and permanent basis. The role:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.• Being a first point of contact for the schools and greet visitors, ensuring they are signed in and directed appropriately.• Assist with the maintenance of student records on SIMS, ensuring that data is up to date and accurate.• Support staff with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and document preparation.• Assist in handling and distributing post and deliveries.• Contribute to the smooth running of the school’s day-to-day operations by providing administrative support where needed.

  • Flexible – no two days are the same, so being adaptable is a must!
  • Must be on the DBS Update Service, or wiling to apply for an enhanced DBS check (police check)
