Bookkeeper; Technical Accountant, Tax return specialists

Your new companyI am delighted to be assisting this modern, forward-thinking accountancy practice dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients. Currently looking to expand their team due to increasing demand for their services, they are looking to make a number of additional appointments:-In general, they pride themselves on being:-

• Utilisation of the latest accounting software and technology

Roles available include:-

Bookkeeper:

• Looking after a portfolio of clients, most of which are Sole Traders & small Limited companies
• Managing their day-to-day bookkeeping - ledger processing, bank, cash flow, preparation of the Trial Balance
• Systems: Xero, Sage, Iris
• Salary circa £27-32,000

Technical Accountant:

• Qualified or Qualified by experience
• Looking after a portfolio of larger, limited companies
• Accounts preparation
• Key is a sound working knowledge of FRS - Financial Reporting Standards
• Salary circa £35-45,000

Tax Specialist:

• Managing a portfolio of 800+ clients
• Specifically, owner-managed, self-employed and small limited companies.
• All aspects of Personal Tax
• Self-assessments
• Tax Codes
• HMRC liaison
• Low-level investigations
• CT61 and R185 forms
• Trust applications
• Personal Tax
• Salary circa £28-35,000

What you'll need to succeedYou will ideally be studying towards or qualified AAT, ACCA or ACA.You will already have experience of working for an accountancy practice, ideally managing your own portfolio of clients.What you'll get in returnYou will be offered a permanent contract and the following benefits:
