Here at ZIGUP plc we are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our Group Property Department and contribute to the success of our organisation.What will you do?• Provide comprehensive Facilities and administration support to the Group Property Department.• Processing reactive repairs reported by our Branches via our repairs reporting portal.• Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with suppliers and site employees at all levels and promote exceptional standards.• Support in ensuring suppliers have all relevant documents in place for H&S and Insurance purposes including RAMS if required.• Provide support to the Group Facilities Manager and wider Zigup teams.• Communicate effectively and professionally with external local authorities.• General administrative support for the Group Property Team as required.
