Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining high standards of compliance and organisation? Here at ZIGUP plc we are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our Group Property Department and contribute to the success of our organisation.What will you do?• Provide comprehensive Facilities and administration support to the Group Property Department.• Processing reactive repairs reported by our Branches via our repairs reporting portal.• Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with suppliers and site employees at all levels and promote exceptional standards.• Support in ensuring suppliers have all relevant documents in place for H&S and Insurance purposes including RAMS if required.• Provide support to the Group Facilities Manager and wider Zigup teams.• Communicate effectively and professionally with external local authorities.• General administrative support for the Group Property Team as required.

About you• Previous experience of working within an administration or facilities role is desirable but not essential.• You are a team player who works well under pressure and working against timescales.• You are an excellent communicator who can build and develop great relationships at all levels.• You will have proven IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.• You will have a flexible approach to daily work duties and a good telephone manner.• Able to priorities your workload and use own initiative.About usZIGUP is a leading integrated mobility solutions provider.
