Ritepeople are looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor for a client in Darlington.This is a temporary position with a possibility of becoming permanent.

We are looking for people who are flexible with regards to their working hours. Your basic working week will be 40 hours working between the hours of 8:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday, on a rota basis (if working until 6pm you would start at 9:30am). You will also work Saturday afternoons 12:30-4pm on a rota basis (this is currently 1 in 3). Further overtime may be available.

Your main duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Positively managing enquiries and complaints
  • Answering enquiries through Live Chat and social media
  • Ensuring records are updated

We are looking for people who have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 6 months experience of working in a telephone based role
  • Experience of handling difficult, angry customers
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Flexible with regards to working hours
