I a looking for a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team at a 5-star luxury hotel in County Durham. With world-class facilities including a spa and multiple dining outlets, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes for hotel guests, ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Manage all aspects of breakfast service, from prep to plating, maintaining efficiency during busy periods.
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain stock levels, and manage orders for breakfast ingredients.
- Assist with cleaning duties and ensure the kitchen is left in perfect condition for the next shift.
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role.
- Passion for delivering quality food with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Positive, professional attitude and a team player.
