Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and development, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment.
- Work closely with senior chefs to continuously improve culinary offerings.
- Previous experience as a CDP in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Passion for high-quality food and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
