We are working with a client who seeks a passionate Senior Sous Chef to be part of their kitchen in a Hotel. You must be a competant Sous chef with Rosette background and love producing high quality food. As well as the restaurant, the hotel have other outlets with various styles of foods. In terms of the style of food, you will be equally passionate about producing fine dining menus as well as heartier dishes such as a Sunday Roast and have a good eye for detail for Afternoon Tea.
As Senior Sous it is important that you are someone who can learn and develop with the team around you, working closely with the Senior team in developing menus and ideas.
