The CompanyMaintenance Technician - Salary circa £56,600Nigel Wright is pleased to be working with a dynamic, growing manufacturing business, supporting in their search for a Maintenance Technician working a continental shift pattern (4 on 4 off).The RoleMaintenance Technician requirements are - •    ??PLC fault finding and completing multi skilled maintenance activities across site   •    Provide engineering solutions and root cause analysis •    Effectively communicate any inefficiencies to the wider engineering team •    Preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment across site •    Assist with instillation and support contractors when required The PersonMaintenance Technician - •    Ideally, you will have completed a multi skilled apprenticeship (4 year) •    Previous experience of working within a high-volume manufacturing environment (FMCG) ideally having worked with automated machinery previously •    Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to increase sophisticated production methods across site •    Strong communication skilled, efficiently highlighting any inefficiencies to senior management  This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to work within an organisation that has significantly invested in modernisation and machinery within recent years.Any questions, please email -
