Trinity Business Support are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Darlington based client.
Our client is a leader in the distribution of their bespoke products, throughout the UK.
Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for an additional member of staff to support their operation.
Duties will include:
- Calling customers to arrange the delivery of their purchased items
- Speaking with delivery crews regarding address, customer and contact details
- Completion of order sheets on the in-house computer system
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- Supporting the transport and warehouse teams, providing them updates from customers and working closely to resolve any problems
- General administration duties
- Reporting failed deliveries or damaged goods to the transport and warehouse teams
Hours:
Monday to Friday
08.30-17.30
Pay:
12.61ph / 504.4 per week / 1906.66 per month / 26,228.80 per year
First 12 weeks - weekly pay via Trinity Business Support
After 12 weeks - monthly pay via the client directly
Contract:
Full-time after 12 weeks probation via Trinity Business Support
Interviews will be held directly with the client
