We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys a mix of administrative tasks and customer interactions. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries via a shared inbox.
  • Efficiently transfer data to and from spreadsheets.
  • Guide clients through services, terms, and conditions.
  • Manage auto-renewal processes, including sending reminder emails and processing renewals.
  • Send text renewal reminders by transferring data to a texting system and executing bulk text blasts.
  • Handle cancellations by following predefined protocols and processing them in the system.
  • Manage client calls, update information, discuss terms and conditions, and send updated documents.
  • Triage incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the professional services sector.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
