Your new company:A hugely successful and highly regarded manufacturer based near beautiful Richmond, North Yorkshire, has a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics and Customer Services Apprentice.

Your new role:

  • Processing import and export orders
  • Following relevant government export procedures
  • Working with relevant authorities
  • Understanding customs processes
  • working with 3rd party logistics providers
  • Collecting batch specific paperwork for export process
  • Updating stock reconciliations
  • Learn the dispatching process
  • Updating and maintaining data onto a computer system whilst ensuring stock availability and ensuring the correct products are dispatched to customer orders.
  • Good communication with internal and external customers
  • Supporting and helping out in the department

Levels of responsibility:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ownership of the Log and its Accuracy
  • Coordination of data across the team
