Whilst this role is offered initially on a temporary basis, there is a good chance the role could move to long-term contract with the client for successful candidate.

The Purpose of the role is to identify and index/enter large volumes of sensitive data from files and documents onto computerised databases.Key Responsibilities:*To inspect and analyse the contents of files and documents recovered from solicitors' offices.*To determine ownership of files and documents*To enter data and records onto a live data base*To barcode individual files and documents*To sort, pack and scan files into boxes in preparation for storage*To ensure files are correctly recorded and ensure that quality control checks are carried out in accordance with agreed standards*To ensure that all aspects of confidentiality are strictly observed*Any other tasks which will be in line with customer and business needsKey Skills:*IT and Data Entry skills*Ability to analyse and process large volumes of work and meet targets*Ability to work methodically, with attention to detail*Ability to work accurately under pressure*Ability to work as part of a team*Ability to comply with process and procedures*Ability to undertake a level of manual handlingThe offices in both locations are associated with warehouse environments and basic manual handling skills will be required to manage and move files and boxes of documents into various workstations within the office. However, this is not a warehouse picking/packing role and a good level of IT skills are needed.Comprehensive training will be provided along with ongoing support from trainers, your team leaders, and your colleagues.
