REED in Teesside are currently recruiting on behalf of a Darlington based client who are seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy and dynamic team on a part-time or full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to one or more fee earners and assist in the smooth running of the department.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as you will be dealing with clients and other stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • Providing administrative support to one or more fee earners
  • Conducting document checks
  • Corresponding with clients and other firm
  • Producing and amending legal documents
  • Undertaking general office administration duties
