We are looking for an experienced admin for one of our clients in Darlington

Title: Admin

Location: The education village, Darlington , DL1 2AN

Timings: 8am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Duration: ASAP - 3 months could be extended

Pay: 14 per hour



Main duties include:



  • Manage and organize documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and properly stored.
  • Complete and close job-related paperwork, sending it to contractors and confirming receipt.
  • Sort and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Forward important emails to the appropriate parties, draft professional replies, and escalate urgentmatters needed.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
  • Enter job details and updates into company systems while maintaining accurate records.
  • Track pending and completed tasks to meet deadlines and follow up on missing details.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative requests and maintain necessary office supplies for administrative processes.

Must have Adminstrative experience
