Reed Business Support are currently supporting an established estate agency in finding a permanent, full time Trainee Lettings Negotiator. This role is available to experienced Lettings Negotiators as well as applicants who are looking for an entry level position in this field.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, and carry out property inspections.
  • Negotiate agreements, agree lets, and manage the administration and compliance of all lets through to completion.
  • Manage the portfolio for our landlords upon letting.
  • Perform general office duties including answering telephone calls, handling walk-in enquiries, updating window displays and websites.
  • Support the Branch Manager and team with administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must hold a Full UK driving license.
