We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract with our esteemed client in Darlington. This pivotal role will support all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initiation to offer, including scheduling interviews.
  • Utilise the applicant tracking system to monitor vacancies and collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Address queries through the central HR mailbox.
  • Foster relationships and support the development of preferred suppliers.
  • Maintain updated recruitment files and provide regular team updates.

About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in HR or Recruitment Administration is preferred but not essential.
