French Teacher required for a prominent Secondary school in Darlington.

Are you confident in your ability to teach French from Years 7 – 11?

A fantastic school based in Darlington is looking to recruit a qualified French Teacher, for an ongoing role, to start in the new Academic year September 2024. The school is looking for a Teacher who is able to create engaging lesson plans, demonstrate effective teaching practices and has strong behaviour management skills.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A relevant degree/qualification.
• Previous experience teaching MFL in secondary school (predominantly French).
• Good behaviour management skills.
• A passion for teaching and education, be compassionate & understanding, and encouraging towards children.
• A good knowledge of Safeguarding and the relevant procedures.
• A desire to make a difference in children’s lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
