We are looking for a Children/Young People Support Worker in Darlington. This role is crucial for providing 1-1 face-to-face support to children and young people who are at risk of sexual exploitation or have been exploited. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure their safety, well-being, and development through tailored support and intervention. This position is temporary to cover sickness.Â

Day-to-day of the role:- Provide direct 1-1 support to children and young people.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Work closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in regular training and supervision.
- Must be a driver with own car.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and young people at risk of or affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
- Must be on the DBS Update Service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
