Multi Skilled JOiner
We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Joiner to work with our client on a long-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Wet Room fitter with experience in social housing to join a reputable company on a 16-week temp-to-perm contract. The role offers the chance to progress into a permanent position with a competitive salary and additional benefits.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card preferred (had one at least once before or current)
- Social housing experience is a must
- Experience within floor laying
- General social housing expierence
- Expierece fitting wet rooms
- Full Clean Driving License
- Provide at least 1 reference
Job Responsibilities:
- Fitting and installing wet rooms in social housing properties
- Ensuring all installations meet high-quality standards and are completed on time
- Collaborating with other tradespeople to complete repairs and renovations
- Carrying out general labouring tasks related to wet room installations
- Driving between multiple sites, if applicable (mileage covered)
Rate: 24 per hour (CIS)
Temp to perm: 16 weeks
When permanent: Salary of 34,000-36,000 + additional 3,000 if using own car (fuel covered)
