This isn’t your typical accounting role—you’ll be the strategic partner clients rely on, helping them navigate their financial journeys with confidence ??.

What You'll Be Doing: ??

  • Managing a diverse client portfolio ??, ensuring timely preparation and submission of accounts ??, VAT returns ??, management reports ??, and tax filings ??.

  • Acting as a Virtual Finance Manager/Director ??, offering insights that drive business growth and financial success ??.

  • Building strong, lasting client relationships ??—you’re their trusted advisor for financial guidance and strategic planning �?.

  • Producing detailed financial reports with meaningful commentary ??, not just numbers—helping clients truly understand their business performance ??.

  • Identifying areas for improvement in clients' financial processes ??, providing solutions that boost efficiency and profitability ??.

  • Supporting business development initiatives ?? by spotting opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and attract new clients ??.

  • Mentoring and developing junior team members ???�?, sharing your expertise to elevate the team's performance �?.

  • Collaborating closely with the leadership team ????? to contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and operational improvements �?.

What We’re Looking For: ??

  • 7+ years of experience in accountancy ?? (practice & industry), ideally within the property sector �?.

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified �? (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations ??.

  • An outgoing, relatable personality ?? with excellent people skills ??.

  • High emotional intelligence ?? and a proactive, can-do attitude ??.

  • Commercially minded ?? with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking ??.
