Description
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Manage and reconcile financial statements
- Ensure accurate recording and analysis of financial data
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations
- Monitoring the company's bank accounts and accurately recording cashbook transactions.
- Reconciling card receipts and reconciling bank accounts in GBP and Euro.
- Supporting effective delivery of virtual terminal payment processes.
- Credit card and expense processes.
- Processing customer refunds via bank and card.
- Supporting the Management Accountant in preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supporting the Management Accountant with the preparation of reports to deliver compliance and reporting responsibilities (e.g. cash forecasts, P11Ds, etc.)
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
AAT Studier
- Relevant educational qualifications in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Good understanding of financial regulations and procedures
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
