- Maintain accurate records, update customer accounts, and ensure seamless communication between teams
- Utilise MS Excel to generate reports, analyse data, and manage pricing files with precision.
- Handle customer requests efficiently, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, overseeing content updates.

- Previous administrative experience is essential
