Position: Support Administrator
Location: Crayford
Salary: From £25,000 to £27,000
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Support Administrator for a full time, permanent office based position based on Crayford.
This position will be working along side the finance team dealing with contract administration and a small amount of accounts inputting.
The role will involve inputting new contracts and assets, contacting suppliers and sub contractors for costings, inputting invoices, reviewing and inputting time sheet information as well as other administrative duties
The right person for this position will have a very strong attention to detail when it comes to data input, it would be an advantage if they have some experience in building maintenance or accounts administration. Experience as a contact administrator would be a major advantage
Requirements
- Strong administrative background
- Contract administration would be a major advantage
- Some basic accounts knowledge would be good but not essential
- Based in a short commute to Crayford
- Must be willing to work full time in the office
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
