Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their proper based near Dartford, Kent

The role entails (but is not limited to):
- Maintaining the firms’ reputation for excellent customer service.
- Meeting with clients to ensure their interests are maintained.
- Prospecting and listing properties and growing the portfolio of clients.
- Navigating the negotiation process efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
- Promoting all services provided by the company.
A successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- At least 2 years’ experience within competitive customer facing roles.
- A full UK driving licence with own transport.
- The want to build a career in the property market.
- An excellent attitude and a lot of enthusiasm.
- Great knowledge of Dartford and the surrounding areas.
- A target driven mentality.
The salary for this position is between £20,000 and £22,000 per annum with the OTE being between £30,000 which will rise with prorgession
This role is full-time 5 days a week Monday to Friday between 9AM and 6PM.
