You will be joining a specialist logistics service provider that has an aggressive programme to gain additional business across the UK. You will be selling the services of a well-developed logistics network that provides a more cost-effective alternative to most other 3PLs, so it is a given that you will already have an established professional network within the industry to approach.

Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and maintaining a network of contacts to ensure a constant flow of leads for your new business pipeline.

*Taking sales opportunities through from qualification to 'on-boarding' the new business.

*Drive improvements across the sales process.

*Provide guidance and coaching to more junior members of the regional team.

Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience of working in a contract management or key account environment with FMCG organisations

*Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and/or retail sectors.

* A good commercial acumen along with strong negotiation and presentation skills to senior level are essential.

* Comfortable approaching and establishing a rapport with new and varied personalities.
