We are working with a growing and successful company in Dartford who are looking to strengthen their team due to recent contract wins within their commercial division. With a turnover of 100M, the company oversees projects ranging from 500,000 to (phone number removed) in value, and they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee the technical aspects of mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to report on project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the projects.
- Attend the Dartford office on occasion for meetings and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally with experience on projects ranging from 500,000 to (phone number removed).
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to attend the Dartford office as needed.
