JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive (Office based)

LOCATION: Dartford

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

SALARY: £26,000- £30,000 starting salary+ Uncapped Commission

BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays- increasing with service, Free Parking, Private healthcare after probation, Training and development, Takeaway Fridays

CULTURE: Family run business of over 25 years- Working in a team of 12 people

PERMANENT POSITION

OFFICE BASED

Skills and attributes necessary

· Excellent IT skills

· Confident on the phone

· Social Media knowledge (Linkedin)

· B2B Sales experience would be advantageous but not essential

· Previous experience in a role making/receiving a large number of phone calls

· CRM knowledge would be highly beneficial

· Consultative and positive with a great attitude

Responsibilities

· Making outbound calls to the business database

· Contacting brand new customers

· Securing appointments for the Sales Representatives to visit

· Booking visits

· Answering Customer questions and offering advice

· Following up leads

· Adding information to the CRM system
