Business Development Executive - uncapped commission!up to £30,000 basic - Dartford(FULL TRAINING PROVIDED)INTERVIEWING NOW! Are you energised by a fast paced, results orientated environment where you can personally influence your business outcomes and client relationships? Do you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit with proven sales experience and tenacity? Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, creative Sales Professional to join a leading safety equipment solutions provider, playing a key role in their continued expansion and success! THE DAY TO DAY:You will be driving new business and managing existing accounts and client relationships to maximise revenue, hit and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.This is a highly active role demanding a degree of resilience and stamina, as you will be expected to achieve call rates of at least 60 calls per day. Excellent earning and progression potential is on offer! ABOUT YOU:
  • Proven sales experience and successful track record.
  • Professional and clear speaking voice.
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Highly resilient and tenacious with the ability to work effectively within a highly active and fast paced environment.
  • Confident in speaking to various stakeholder levels.
  • Proactive and Collaborative.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to client service standards.
  • Good IT skills - if you have experience with CRM systems this will be desirable
Due to the location of the office it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport. PERKS:
