We are seeking a highly focused and determined individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring trouble free project delivery - on time, every time.
The ideal person should already demonstrate a strong Project Support career gained from within an industry, such as Engineering, Plant Hire, Construction, Manufacturing, or similar.
You need to be the type of person who quickly appreciates the scope of each project, whilst gaining an understanding of the kit, equipment, and materials involved. Perhaps you might occasionally visit sites to gain a first-hand understanding of any potential challenges that could arise?
Are you experienced in scheduling works to the correct personnel, whilst ensuring all relevant and appropriate paperwork, logistical / access arrangements, security clearances, and that site Health & Safety (RAMS) have been written and agreed?

Based in Dartford, Kent, this exciting and forward thinking company seeks a detailed oriented Project Support Coordinator to join their energetic and focused team. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis where the office hours are 8.30 to 5.30 - Monday to Friday. This is a 100% office based role (not hybrid / remote).
The Project Support Coordinator role would suit a person with experience in the following:
- Conducting telephone based site surveys in readiness for equipment installations
- Prepare and review RAMS ensuring all relevant information is included
- Organise and allocate the appropriate engineers workloads aligned to their respective disciplines
- Ensure all site specific documentation is valid and available for scrutiny
- Liaising with Internal Sales, Site Agents, and Customer teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
- Ensure all relevant project administration is completed and 'site ready’ for the customer to receive the equipment
- Arrange transport and manage the logistics of all pre-install equipment
Role requirements:
- At least 2 years of Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Plant project management experience
- Operational site experience (desirable)
- Good knowledge and understanding of a project management system (Microsoft Project, Monday.com), or similar
- Electrical, and/or Mechanical qualification - NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Exceptional Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH / SSSTS) (essential)
- Project management accreditation - Prince 2 / APM (or equivalent)
- A working knowledge of a recognised project management methodology such as Kanban, Waterfall, Six Sigma (or similar) is desirable
