Maintaining effective credit control policies and procedures.
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Managing relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth financial transactions.
As our Credit Control Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of 10 credit control professionals, driving efficiency and maintaining robust financial procedures.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the management of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving queries.
Handling key tasks like daily cashiering, debt recovery, credit risk reviews, and invoicing through customer portals.
Proactively collaborating with sales consultants and other departments to resolve issues and optimise processes.
Training and supporting our sales force in credit control best practices.
Taking ownership of process improvements and maintaining clear, documented procedures.
