My client is currently looking to recruit for an exciting Customer Service Executive

opportunity for their team based in Dartford.

In this role you’ll be responsible for providing a high-quality customer service for my client’s customers as well as working with engineers on installing the products. You’ll be required to investigate and resolve questions and issues promptly in line with their processes and service levels

Customer Service Executive package:

  • Monday to Friday

Customer Service Executive key responsibilities and requirement:

  • Answering customer phone calls in a timely and professional manner using the call management system
  • Handle a wide variety of administration tasks
  • Ability to absorb, adapt and learn a wide variety of skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
