Customer Service Administrator:

Salary: Up to £25k depending on experience

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a UK industry leader who are continuously growing! In this role, you will be responsible for receiving telephone calls, taking orders, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also play a vital role in assisting customers with access to our client's products and directing them to the appropriate departments when needed. If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this position is perfect for you!

Duties:

  • Efficiently answer customer calls, ensuring a positive and professional telephone manner
  • Process customer orders received via email or fax, inputting them into the order processing system and seeing them through to completion
  • Assist customers with placing orders and provide guidance on stock availability
  • Ensure orders are dispatched on time and delivered to customer satisfaction
  • Take ownership of customer queries, complaints, and concerns, recording all activities to ensure a swift resolution
  • Collaborate with logistics colleagues to address any delivery or dispatch issues
  • Carry out other general office duties as required

Do you have the following? :

  • Previously experience in a fast paced customer service role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Have the ability to manage complaints
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
