About the Role:



We are a well-established UK-based consultancy looking for a talented Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, who thrives on leading complex MEP coordination projects and managing a team of specialists.



As a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and exceptional project delivery skills to ensure seamless collaboration and precise outcomes for our high-profile clients.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead MEP Coordination: Oversee the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, guiding a team of coordinators through project stages, from concept through to Stage 4.



Hands-On Leadership: Take an active role in problem-solving and reviewing drawings, driving quality and precision alongside your team.



Clash Detection: Manage clash detection processes to deliver accurate, clash-free MEP drawings, ensuring compliance with all project requirements.



Team Development: Mentor and upskill junior team members, enhancing their technical expertise and understanding of MEP system intricacies.



Tool Proficiency: Leverage advanced tools such as Dialux Evo and MagiCAD (desirable but not mandatory) to enhance coordination efforts.



Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and collaboration.



Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum 5 years of experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD in the building services industry.



Proven leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and team development.



Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and coordination.



Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.



Ability to navigate complex MEP coordination challenges and drive projects from Stage 2 to Stage 4.



Proficiency with additional tools like Dialux Evo and MagiCAD is a plus, but not required.
