They are looking for 2 telesales staff to work from their Dartford office calling customers from their database. Salary 25k plus commission OTE 28k, hours 11am 8pm.

They are also looking for a telesales supervisor with removal experience to manage the telesales team.
Salary dependent on experience + target based commission.

A Telesales Supervisor manages and leads a team of telesales representatives, ensuring sales targets are met, providing training and support, and developing strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and set performance goals for their team, conduct regular reviews, and resolve any team conflicts.
Develop and execute telesales strategies, track performance, analyse data, and assist with sales
Provide ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge, identify training needs, and stay updated on industry trends.
Ensure high-quality customer service, handle inquiries and build strong customer relationships.
Prepare reports, and assist with other tasks as needed by management.



Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential and existing customers, discussing services and quotes and scheduling surveys.
Use active listening, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
Ensure excellent service by addressing customer inquiries and maintaining satisfaction.
