We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Housing Bid Manager to work with one of the leading companies in the country at present and the future!
Job Purpose:
As a Social Housing Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and submission of high-quality bids for social housing projects. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to produce competitive, compelling, and compliant tender proposals that meet client requirements and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
The successful candidate should ideally have/be:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, clear, and persuasive documentation.
- Proven experience in bid management, preferably within the social housing sector or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the social housing landscape, including government policies, regulations, and funding mechanisms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project and InDesign.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work to tight timescales.
