Project Freight Forwarder Coordinator - Dartford (Office based, no Hybrid)The Project Freight Forwarding Coordinator is responsible for the full operational and logistical management of multimodal, road, sea, and air freight consignments, in line with the group strategy. You will already have proven exposure to this!Job type: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:00pm or 09:00am to 17:30pm (OFFICE Based, no Hybrid)Responsibilities:General forwarding for allocated Key Accounts. All modesBooking shipments with carriers including airlines, shipping lines, and hauliers.Processing shipping documentation such as MAWB, HAWB, Bill of Lading, CMR, and Standard Shipping Notes.Maintain a thorough understanding of HM Revenue & Customs regulations.Adhere to destination-specific documentation requirements.Feedback operational matters and opportunities to the Project Manager.Ensure Dangerous Goods procedures are followed for successful export in accordance with regulations.Requirements - Essential:Have 3+ UK years of experience in freight forwarding and project logistics, including out-of-gauge shipments.Strong negotiation and relationship skills.Experience with CargoWise &/or Sequoia beneficial though not essentialHigh attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work autonomously and within a team.Comprehensive understanding of Export Regimes and Customs Tariff.Professionalism in customer interactions, understanding customer requirements, and resolving issues or complaints.Current unrestricted driver's license.Dangerous Goods trained beneficial (but not essential)
